Bali Chef Hire provides several options for wedding catering so no matter what size your event is and what style there is an option for you.
We have catered many weddings from small private groups to large weddings with several hundred of the guests family and friends in attendance. For our plated meal catering options we have a minimum of 30 guests however you can always see our chef menu selections with buffet options or even for a relaxed wedding our babi guling options. Just as you are selecting a buffet menu or babi guling it does not mean you can not make the event high quality. Add light bites with cocktails and canapes prior and some great decorations along the tables. We have a huge range of options for your to browse. |

- Venue Selection - Many guests in Bali select between a private villas, resort complex, or other each suitable based on your vision.
- Food Service - Select between Buffet Style, Family Style, and Plated Meals, Platters and local or International cuisine.
- Beverage Service - Will you serve alcohol at the event? What bar style Open Bar, Cash Bar, Limited Bar or Combination Bar?
- Entertainment - Options range from bands, solo artists, DJs, dancers, photo booths, games, and many other entertainers.

We provide both an Indonesian and Western Menu option for wedding and executive events. To keep things manageable for our staff we ask you to please select 2 - 3 options for your guests as a maximum. We encourage you to ensure you include a vegetarian option within this.

Entrée Options
Spiced Prawn Salad – Cooked peeled prawns mixed with lettuce, cucumber and cherry tomato drizzled with a mildly spiced siracha mayonnaise blend accompanied with lemon and lime.
Tuna & Avocado Stack Salad – Sushi stack of rice, tuna, diced avocado, toasted sesame seeds dressed in 2 sauces. A Siracha Mayo & traditional sauce of rice vinegar, sesame oil, soy sauce, and lemon juice.
Gazpacho– Refreshing chilled soup made with a blend of tomato, cucumber, bell pepper / capsicum and other vegetables blended with other core ingredients served with crostini.
Avocado, Almond, Feta Salad – Sliced avocado blended with almonds, feta cheese, cherry tomatoes, olives, lettuce, blended with a olive oil lemon and honey blended dressing.
Mushroom Risotto – Slow cooked mushroom risotto with home made chicken stock, Portobello mushrooms, cheese, chives, white wine and our main ingredient Arborio rice
Main Course Options
Honey Garlic Glazed Salmon – Salmon filet cooked in the pan with a honey garlic glaze, combining minor elements of soy, siracha, paprika, and lemon juice.
Lemon and Herb Red Snapper – Local Red Snapper pan fried with butter, lemon juice, capers, and select fresh herbs adding slight flavor to the delicate fresh taste of red snapper.
Chicken Francaise Lemon Caper Butter Sauce – Marinated breaded chicken served with a lemon caper butter sauce, keeping moist and full flavored elements within the dish.
Stuffed Chicken Breast – Chicken breast stuffed with a blended combination of spinach, cream cheese, mozzarella, sundried tomatoes, and prosciutto with a mild herb butter sauce.
Creamy Chicken Breast – Chicken breast marinated an then cooked in a blend of garlic, herbs, sundried tomato, basil and chicken stock providing a creamy full flavored sauce and tender chicken.
Braised Slow Cooked Short Ribs – Beef Ribs pan braised and slow cooked in red wine garlic, onion, beef broth and herbs providing a deep complex flavor and soft to the bone.
Beef / Pork Tenderloin – Grilled to a medium or medium rare marinated in garlic, rosemary, thyme, salt and pepper. Accompanied with a horseradish sauce.
Polenta Cauliflower Steak – Blackened and marinated cauliflower steak over a bed of organic polenta and sautéed greens topped with a roasted red pepper sauce.
Mushroom Stroganoff – A selection of mushroom varieties, house-made herbed Spaetzle, balsamic Cipollini onions, torn kale, sour cream, fresh herbs.
Sides Based on Selections – braised baby carrots, mushroom cups, asparagus, mash potato, mushroom risotto, and or others where stated within the individual menu items.
Dessert Options
Wedding Cake – Option to serve wedding cake for dessert.
Chendol Indulgence Cup – Biscuit crumble base layered several times over with cendol, coconut cream, chocolate sauce, additional biscuit and topped with caramel shards.
Cheesecake Dreams Cup – Our no bake cheesecake made fresh with a crispy biscuit base layered in the middle again with fine biscuit, topped with chocolate shavings and dusted lightly with coco.
Chocolate Heaven Cup – Biscuit crumble base originating from Oreos layered with pudding and mouse and finally a lite chocolate sauce for a slice of chocolate lovers heaven.
Strawberry Sensations Cup –
